STAIR TREAD WARRANTY

American Safety Tread warrants all stair treads furnished under this
contract to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for a
period of one year from the date of acceptance.

During this warranty period, any stair treads found to be defective as
described above, will be exchanged at no charge for new stair treads,
upon their receipt at place of manufacture in Helena, Alabama.
